Refund and Returns Policy

1. Course Registration:
   Once registration and payment are completed for any course offered through the platform, the trainee agrees to all terms and conditions and the platform’s refund policy.
2. Requesting a Refund before the Course Starts
   Trainees may request a refund in the following cases:
   if the refund request is made within 48 hours of payment and the trainee has not yet started viewing the content. A
   10% administrative fee will be deducted from the registration fee.
3. After the Course Starts
   : If the trainee begins attending the course or accessing the training content, they are not entitled to a refund.
   In some exceptional cases, credit may be granted for enrolling in another course instead of a refund.
4. Recorded Courses:
   Since digital content becomes available immediately upon payment, fees are not refundable once the content has been accessed.
5. Course Cancellation by the Platform: If the platform cancels a course for any reason,
   the trainee has the option of:
   Receiving a full refund
   or transferring the fees to another course.
6. Refund Request Procedure:
   Refund requests must be submitted via
   the technical support email
   or through the platform’s support form.
   The request must include:
   the trainee’s name,
   the email address used for registration,
   the course name,
   and the reason for the refund request.
7. Refund Processing Time:
   Refund requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days, and the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
8. Non-Refund Procedures:
   Fees are non-refundable in the following cases:
   trainee’s absence from the course,
   fail to complete the course,
   fail to pass the exams,
   Violation of platform policies, or misuse of the content.
