FAST Job Assessment Check Tool

A survey tool and part of the comprehensive functional assessment of the behavioral problem. This model is used to identify factors that can influence the extent to which behavioral problems occur. The results are used as an auxiliary guide to identify the functions of the problematic behavior, to clarify its ambiguous functions, or to identify ambiguous functions that may not be included in the model. The results are represented by a graph, based on a calculation method explained in the model itself.
